Does God exist?
Does God exist? Does God exists? Of course he does - But not perhaps as we might think; No grey beard, no pearly gates, No Heavenly Father no pally mates. I’ll call God ‘him’ although of course 'He' has no sex but ‘it’ sounds harsh There is no proof, he hasn’t spoken Except perhaps through galaxies. There is no recording for us to show The more we learn, the more we know Our knowledge of the greater things grows small Of life and death of start and end. We are assailed by all the ‘whys?’ 'It is a mystery' the mystic cries Grace in defeat, for history shows The wise man’s silence speaks all he knows
